Target group:
Communications engineers operating Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise and Alcatel-Lucent OXO Connect PBXs, network administrators.
After completing the course, the participant will be able to:
- install and configure communication platforms Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise and Alcatel-Lucent OXO Connect;
- install and use the ISDN terminals and IP equipment;
- install and configure of the peripheral boards and modules;
- program the basic functions of Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise and Alcatel-Lucent OXO Connect PBXs;
- gaining the knowledge of the basic operating procedures.
Preliminary preparation level:
- Knowledge of the basics of digital telephony
- Knowledge of Windows XP
- Basic knowledge of LAN and IP technology
- Basic knowledge of VoIP
